Ofri Kan-Dror is a Transformational Coach. Ofri loves to help gift people opportunities for raising awareness of self so that they can choose to make a break through, break cycles and spiritually evolve through self-empowerment and transformation journeys.

Ofri is also a workshop creator and facilitator for private groups, corporate, and higher education student workshops. She also holds retreats and meditation groups.

As a people person and true professional, Ofri has worked across differing industries. She has accumulated various degrees in her constant thirst for self-development. Her first degree was a Bachelor of Arts in Live Performance (AFDA). While acting, she worked at an aftercare and had various sales roles. The love of students and learning then led Ofri to completion of a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (WSoE). After returning from overseas as a teacher and working in private school in South Africa, she then completed her BA Psychology and BA Honours in Psychology (Wits).

Both general psychology together with some extra industrial psychology modules were beneficial when working for a corporate fintech. Originally a consultant, Ofri quickly grew to be the Training and Recruitment Manager - in both Johannesburg and Cape Town branches. During the pandemic she formed part of the top sales team while she juggled online workshop presentations delivered to over 150 clients at a time.

Ofri eventually studied and completed the Coach Practitioner Programme (through the South African College of Applied Psychology) which is endorsed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and COMENSA. Ofri then developed a corporate Emotional Intelligence (8 week workshop) called, The Yellow Leaf Programme. In continuous self development she added Neuro Linguistic Programming (Action Factory) and Relationship Coaching (Action Factory) into her professional tool box.

Being a freelancing facilitator, Ofri also worked with The True North Programme. These workshops focused on  purpose, meaning and entrepreneurship with over 100 TVET college students (aged 18-28).

In 2022 Ofri appeared on two radio stations. The first being 94.7 with the Talk show host, Thando Thabethe, and the second being on Tuks fm. Ofri spoke of coaching clients on journeys for mental health and healing traumas. In 2023 she discussed a Dream Interpretation coaching technique on SAfm with Bridget Masinga.

Ofri's work was also recognised in 2022 with three interview articles:

Boundaries Communication with the In-laws was one published article in the Clicks Club Card Magazine (fourth edition 2022). The second article was about the benefits of The Art of Doing Nothing. The third article written by the Sunday Times ZA, was published in the Self Development Magazine, on the topic of a portfolio career and Skills Development from accumulating various degrees and courses (pg 16).

Ofri loves to paint, spend time in nature, enjoys animals, travel and hearing the beach waves. Get in touch for any interviews, podcasts or articles.
